Services Available to Pilots

We are dedicated to providing you with efficient and professional service while visiting Franklin County. To that end, we are pleased to be able to offer the following services:

  • 24 Hour a Day Fueling: Both 100LL and Jet-A are available for your aircraft. Although we offer full-service fueling during operating hours, a self-service farm for 100LL is available 24 hours a day for after hour fueling needs.
     

  • Aircraft Tie-Down and Hangaring: An ample amount of ramp space is available to secure your aircraft. For those interested in staying out of the elements, hangar space is available as well if space is available. Please contact us for our latest rates.

  • Supplies & Refreshments: From Maps to Engine Oil to Fresh Coffee, we have the supplies you'll need. Additionally, Restrooms and Wireless Internet are available 24 hours a day.

Corporate Operations

Whether visiting the University of the South or meeting with new clients is the agenda, we will go out of our way to make sure you always feel at home. The following amenities are available to passengers and flight crews:

 

  • Modern Terminal: 3,000 square feet of terminal with passenger waiting area, conference room, and 24 hour pilot lounge.
     

  • Wireless Internet: Complimentary within the main terminal.
     

  • Rental Cars: Available through multiple locations. Contact us for more details.
     

  • Catering: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and snacks are all available through multiple vendors.

Transportation

Whether you are meeting your friends for lunch or enjoying a weekend stay on Tim's Ford Lake, the Winchester Airport offers short term and extended transportation options for you and your family:

 

  • Courtesy Car: To be used no more than three hours within a 25-mile radius of the airport. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and insurance to use. Please click the link (right top) to fill out our courtesy car agreement and either email us or bring the form at your next visit. Courtesy vehicles may not be available upon your arrival. The airport staff is not responsible for your vehicular transportation and will not provide their own vehicles or services in lieu of courtesy vehicle.

  • Rental Car: The Winchester Airport is happy to offer vehicles on the field via U-Save Car Rentals. Please contact Cory at 931-962-4088 or click the link (right middle) to fill out your information. 

​

  • Ride-Share: Please note - The City of Winchester does NOT offer ride share services such as Uber or Lyft. There are three ride share services offered in the surrounding areas including Bunnie's Rideshare (615-852-9613), Jordan's Ride Service (931-434-2060) and American Ride Service (931-458-2986).​

​

  • Enterprise: There is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car office located in Tullahoma, TN. To contact their office, please call 931-455-2511 or click the link (right bottom).
